If the course is not right for you, email support@pending-domain.example within 14 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

Your request is reviewed by the owner and handled manually in Stripe. There is no automatic or self-service refund portal. When Stripe confirms the full refund, £8.99 is returned to the original payment method and paid access to Levels 5–20 is removed.
Your Learner Account and saved progress stay in place. The free Setup Session and Levels 1–4 remain available.
Your legal rights still apply
The Money-Back Guarantee is an extra Soffy Academy promise. It does not replace your legal rights if the digital course is faulty, not as described, or cannot be supplied.
