Who provides the guarantee
The 14-day Money-Back Guarantee is provided by SOFFY ACADEMY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16827737. Registered office, business address and complaints address: 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE.
Ask within 14 days
If the course is not right for you, email support@soffyacademy.co.uk and ask for a refund. Requests qualify until 11:59pm UK time on the 14th calendar day after purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Include the email address used for your purchase so we can locate it.

We will check that your request was made by 11:59pm UK time on the 14th calendar day after purchase and that the email matches the purchase. If it does, the refund is handled manually in SumUp. There is no automatic or self-service refund portal. SOFFY ACADEMY LTD will submit the refund through SumUp within five working days. Your bank may take additional time to return the money.
When SumUp confirms the full refund, £8.99 is returned to the original payment method and paid access to Levels 5–20 is removed.
Your Learner Account and saved progress stay in place. The free Setup Session and Levels 1–4 remain available.
Your legal rights still apply
By law, paid digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose you made known to us, and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, in some cases, a price reduction up to a full refund.
The Money-Back Guarantee is an extra Soffy Academy promise and does not limit these legal rights.
