Who provides the course
SOFFY ACADEMY LTD is the seller and course provider. It is registered in England and Wales, company number 16827737. Registered office, business address and complaints address: 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE.
What you are buying
The complete course price is an £8.99 one-time payment. Total payable: £8.99. There is no compulsory extra course fee, subscription, or recurring course charge. A confirmed payment opens Levels 5–20 immediately, while the Setup Session and Levels 1–4 remain free.
This initial release is available only to people who currently live in the United Kingdom. You must confirm this before Soffy Academy creates a SumUp checkout.
One payment gives you ongoing access to this course for as long as Soffy Academy continues to make it available. Your paid access has no fixed end date. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal reasons. If we decide to close the paid course, we will give reasonable notice by email where possible. Closing or materially reducing the course does not remove any refund or other legal remedy you may have if we fail to provide what we promised.
The course is independent training and requires a separate free ChatGPT account. Optional paid ChatGPT plans are bought separately from OpenAI and are not included.
What you need
You need an internet connection, a current web browser, and an email address for paid access and recovery. You also need a separate free ChatGPT account. The course is designed for a modern smartphone browser and also works on a current tablet or computer browser. ChatGPT availability, features, and device compatibility are controlled separately by OpenAI. No paid ChatGPT plan is required. Contact support before buying if you are unsure whether your device can use the course.
How checkout works
Enter and check your email, confirm that you currently live in the United Kingdom, choose whether to receive optional marketing, and confirm that you want the paid digital course to start immediately. You will then go to SumUp, where you can review and correct your payment details before selecting the final payment button. You can pay by an eligible debit or credit card through SumUp. SumUp will show any additional payment methods available to you before you pay. After successful payment, Levels 5–20 open immediately and we email your receipt and secure Continue Link. The contract and checkout are in English.
Starting the digital course
A distance purchase of digital content normally has a 14-day statutory cancellation period. At checkout, you must expressly ask us to start Levels 5–20 immediately and acknowledge that you lose that change-of-mind cancellation right once digital access begins. If paid access has not begun, email support@soffyacademy.co.uk with a clear cancellation request. Our separate 14-day Money-Back Guarantee and your rights if the course is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or unavailable still apply.

Using the course
The course materials are for your own learning. Do not resell, copy, or publish the paid lessons. A Completion Certificate records completion only and is not an accredited qualification.

Requests qualify until 11:59pm UK time on the 14th calendar day after purchase. SOFFY ACADEMY LTD will submit the refund through SumUp within five working days. Your bank may take additional time to return the money.
