To use the 14-day Money-Back Guarantee, email the Support Address and include the email used for your purchase. Requests qualify until 11:59pm UK time on the 14th calendar day after purchase. We will check that the request was made on time and that the email matches the purchase. If it does, we will submit the full £8.99 refund manually in SumUp. There is no self-service refund portal.
SOFFY ACADEMY LTD will submit the refund through SumUp within five working days. Your bank may take additional time to return the money.
Data protection complaints
Email support@soffyacademy.co.uk with “Data protection complaint” in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate it without undue delay, keep you informed where appropriate, and tell you the outcome. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
